Warranty Information
On July 1, 1997 all of the Brandywine parts locations initiated a Lifetime Limited Warranty. The lifetime Limited Warranty entitles the purchaser to free replacements of [non-functioning] parts purchased from Brandywine Auto Parts during the lifetime of the vehicle.* Used parts will automatically come with our Lifetime Limited Warranty. Lifetime Limited Warranty does not apply to engines, transmissions, rear ends, transfer cases, remanufactured cylinder heads, batteries, carburetors, catalytic converters, glass, and tires. Drive-Train Warranty: Our Drive train Extended Warranty Program warranties any engine, transmission, transfer case, rear end or remanufactured cylinder heads for up to 12 months. Our warranty on these parts extends at no charge for 101 days from the date of purchase. If you wish to extend the warranty for a full year, ask our sales representatives about our Platinum Plan Extended Warranty.
If a replacement part cannot be obtained a full refund will be issued to the original purchaser. Any refunds or exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales invoice. Warranties are limited to the original parts purchaser and are non-transferable. All used parts purchases are subject to terms and conditions of the Standard engine and Parts Warranty that appears on the reverse side of the sales invoice.
