Congratulations to Shelby Burton, daughter of Allen and Dawn Norris, who will be graduating from North Point High School later this month. Shelby has been accepted to Towson University and will be majoring in Elementary Education. Congratulations Shelby, your family is so proud of you!

On Saturday, May 5th some members of Team Brandywine met at the National Harbor to walk for the National Kidney Foundation. We all had a blast and between all of us collectively we put on over 30 miles!!!! We still have a few spots left in case anyone else would like to join us, just give Dawn or Judy a call. Our next walk will be at RFK Stadium on June 9th walking for the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.

We received the following letter from a customer that was in need of a new engine. Instead of a few weeks in the shop we were able to install their engine within a few days so they could be back in business quickly!

We want to wish Carlton Adams a speedy recovery. Carlton suffered a heart attack on April 30th and is now at home recovering. Carlton works as a security guard at our locations in Upper Marlboro and Ft. Washington and everyone sends their well wishes to him.

Condolences go out to the family of Dwayne Davis, one of our delivery drivers here at Brandywine who lost his Mother after a lengthy battle. Our thoughts are with you Dwayne

There’s a new look at the Switchboard these days……Glinda and Mari have new windows to look out while taking those calls. Those big picture windows are a thing of the past. Even tho the installation was a little noisy, nerve wrecking and a bit messy they are looking forward to cooler summers and warmer winters with the new additions.

Congratulations to Danny Howe and his wife Nichole are the proud parents of baby Sophie Katheryn Howe born March 26, and was 29” and 8 lbs. She joins brother Daniel Jr.

Congratulations also go out to George and Doris Glovier who are the proud grandparents of new baby girl Kayla Anne Glovier, 9lb 10oz. born on April 7, 2012 to Jason and Camilla Glovier in Durham, NC. She joins brother Tyler Glovier.
